The steps that enabled the installation of the rear camera set

Step 1:

Connect the video transmitter to the reversing camera and exchange and mount it with the old license plate. Connect the black cable that comes out of the transmitter to the body or to the negative pole, the red cable to the reversing light at the rear, so that the reversing camera only comes on when you switch to reverse gear.

Step 2:

Connect the receiver to the monitor and the power cable to the monitor, the black cable from the monitor and the receiver to the body or to the car's negative pole at the front. Connect the red wire from the monitor and from the receiver to the reverse light wire by the front fuse box so the monitor only comes on when you shift into reverse.

Step 3:

Check all connections for correct connection and whether power is getting to the red wire. You can do this by using

check that everything is connected correctly and that the power is getting to the red wire by just turning on the car and checking that the image appears on the monitor. After checking, tape the bare wires with iso-tape and you're done with the installation.

Our recommendation: before you start installing all the components of the reversing camera set, please test the important components for image transmission before you start with the permanent installation.

Connect all cables to the described components as described in the installation menu. Tie all the black wires and all the red wires together, open the cover of your brake light on your car and connect all the black wires to the negative post on your brake light. Connect all red cables to the positive pole on your brake light and turn on the engine. Always use the video cable connection for testing.
